If you are interested in starting a conversation about how your church can connect with the networks and churches that DCC serves, we would love to talk with you.

We tailor connections to fit the gifts and personality of your church. Some churches find it helpful to invite DCC to serve as consultants, coaches, or connectors for their international outreach efforts. In this way, we assist you in the formation and deepening of healthy, life-giving partnerships.

Some examples of what we offer include:

• Consultant/Connector on retainer: Up to 4 visits/year for training/consulting; Monthly consulting calls (unlimited); on-site Latin American partner connection/facilitation (determined as the process develops)
• Coaching: DCC can help your church assess ongoing partnerships, mediate conflicts, and inspire new ways of thinking.
• Training, Mentoring and Educational Services: DCC can also serve your church by developing a comprehensive formation process focused on community transformation, integral mission, Kingdom living, and more.

Envisioning Connections

Churches, groups, and individuals who desire to learn more about the network movements and churches that are practicing the presence of the Kingdom in their contexts can visit RdC networks in Latina America and the Caribbean through DCC’s Envisioning Connections experiences.

DCC will develop a trip in collaboration with the RdC network leaders that will expose you to the churches of the network in an atmosphere of mutual learning and friendship. You will see and experience what the model churches from the network do and deepen your understanding of the biblical foundations for integral mission through the local church.

Our hope is that as you engage in conversations around the table (“la Mesa”) with other faithful followers of God in surprising places, that you will gain a better understanding of how to make purposeful Kingdom connections resulting in powerful restorative actions all over the world.

Extended Learning/Serving Connections

In close collaboration with the RdC networks throughout Latin America, DCC will help develop emerging leaders from your church in a 3 to 6 month learning / serving experience. Participants will engage in the life and service of local network churches in the country that hosts them. They will learn from experienced practitioners of integral ministry whose churches are making a real difference in their communities.

We will also arrange guided learning with network leaders on Kingdom theology and biblical foundations for integral mission from a Latin American Perspective, although the richest learning and growth experiences will undoubtedly come from the friendships that are formed during the participant’s time with the servants of the communities of faith.
