Del Camino Connection is a faith-based organization (501c3) founded in 2004 that helps the global Church and Christ centered and Kingdom oriented ministries walk together differently.
Just Relationships are Christ-centered partnerships that move beyond charity and hierarchy toward shared life and calling.
They are relationships where:
We coach mission pastors and church leaders as they navigate the complexities of cross-cultural partnership. Our work helps churches move from short-term mission activity toward long-term, trust-based relationships that deepen faith and increase shared impact.
We catalyze networks of churches and leaders committed to holistic restoration, such as the Red del Camino Network in Latin America and the Caribbean. Through gatherings and shared learning, these grassroots movements strengthen local leadership and drive collective transformation.
We connect churches and individuals with grassroots initiatives worldwide, fostering sustainable Kingdom impact through relational, transparent, long-term, mutual accompaniment and accountability.
We serve as connectors, coaches, and companions — helping the global Church practice mission that is faithful, relational, and sustainable.
Del Camino Connection understands leadership as shared, relational, and rooted in community. While our organization has a primary connector who carries day-to-day leadership, vision, and relationships, we also recognize the many global pastors, practitioners, and partners who participate in shaping and living out this work.
